Founder, President, and CEO
Roger Powers is the Founder of Flint Hills Solutions (2005) and has over 25 years experience in the Aerospace and Technology fields leading large programs and business development organizations.

Prior to founding Flint Hills Solutions, Mr. Powers was a senior executive for several advanced technology companies, where he was responsible for all corporate business development, client relationships, sales, marketing, strategic planning, channel partner programs, and the product development process for Defense, Federal and Commercial business segments.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Powers has served as a senior engineering and business development executive for large aerospace OEM’s with assignments on both US Defense and European programs (NATO).

Mr. Powers started his career as an Engineering Officer (Active and Reserve) for the United States Air Force and the Kansas Air National Guard. Mr. Powers is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College (1994). He holds a Master of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University (1990) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University (1982). Mr. Powers has received numerous awards and recognition for his community service and entrepreneurial economic development activities.
